Most of our patients arrive with a diagnosis and a long history of treatment. This is the work the doctors do every day.
Steady appetite, easier digestion, better sleep and more strength for what the weeks of treatment ask of you.
How we approach it
Long-term management of type 2 diabetes, prediabetes and metabolic syndrome, built around diet, herbal medicines and daily routine.
How we approach it
Support for couples trying to conceive and for hormonal conditions such as PCOS, built around each partner's overall health.
How we approach it
Care for fatty liver, sluggish digestion tied to liver function, and recovery after long courses of medication. Herbal protocols are chosen conservatively and reviewed by the physicians.
How we approach it
IBS, acid reflux, constipation, bloating and food intolerances. Digestion sits at the center of Ayurvedic medicine, and this is where treatment most often begins.
How we approach it
High blood pressure, thyroid imbalance, weight, poor sleep and chronic stress. Conditions that build over years respond to care that changes the years ahead.
How we approach it
You talk with the doctors for a proper stretch of time, online or at the clinic. In person, this includes Nadi Pariksha, a pulse examination used to assess your constitution and current imbalances.
Some patients need a treatment program. Others need changes to food, sleep and routine, and nothing more. The doctors tell you which one you are, and they mean it.
Programs run from a few days to several weeks at the clinic in Muni Ki Reti, from short courses of therapy to full Panchakarma, with therapies, medicines and daily physician supervision included.
Both doctors earned their BAMS degrees at Maharshi Dayanand University in Rohtak and have practiced Ayurvedic medicine together for over 30 years. Since 2015 they have run this clinic in Muni Ki Reti, Rishikesh, a short walk above the Ganga. In the 2010s they appeared as guest medical experts on national television, including Zee News.
Their patients come from more than 20 countries, and many stay in touch with the doctors for years after treatment ends.
They are careful about who they treat. A consultation sometimes ends with dietary advice and no program at all. When they do recommend treatment, it is because they expect it to help.

“I’m impressed by your knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine and health in general, but even more impressed by your care and presence both for me as a patient and for me as a human being.”
“They both have so much experience and knowledge in the Ayurvedic field. From my experience they do all their practices with full of Love, Honesty and Trueness.”
Nadi Pariksha is pulse diagnosis, one of the core examination methods in Ayurveda. The doctor reads the pulse at your wrist to assess your constitution (prakriti) and current imbalances, alongside a detailed conversation about your history, digestion, sleep and daily routine. At this clinic it is part of every in-person consultation.
A first consultation is $20, online or at the clinic. Treatment programs are around $120 per day, which includes therapies, herbal medicines and daily supervision by the doctors. Accommodation is arranged separately, so you stay in control of that cost.
Yes. Most international patients start with an online video consultation. The doctors review your condition and history and tell you plainly whether traveling for treatment makes sense in your case. If it does not, they say so.
It depends on the condition. Short programs run 3 to 7 days, and a full Panchakarma course usually takes 10 to 21 days. You get a realistic duration at your consultation, before you commit to anything.
Yes. Dr. Mukesh Sharma and Dr. Vibha Sharma consult in English and Hindi and have treated patients from more than 20 countries.
Many patients use India's e-Ayush visa, introduced in 2023 specifically for Ayurveda and wellness stays. It allows visits of up to 60 days with multiple entries, which fits most treatment programs. A standard e-tourist visa also works for shorter stays.
Wherever suits you. The clinic can arrange rooms in clean, quiet guesthouses within walking distance in Muni Ki Reti, or you can book your own accommodation. Lodging is priced separately from treatment.
No. This is a medical clinic run by two Ayurvedic physicians, and people come here for diagnosis and treatment of specific health conditions. Rishikesh has excellent yoga schools nearby, and the doctors are glad to point you to them, but that is not what this clinic does.
Tell us what brings you here, and we will tell you honestly what to do next. We usually reply within a day, on WhatsApp if you share your number.
